We welcome you with a glass of Prosecco. Enjoy our brunch buffet with breakfast classics, as well as fried and scrambled eggs à la minute, cold and warm delicacies and fresh salad creations. Choose between coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water à discrétion.
Experience the finest delicacies such as asparagus in the starters and main courses, roast veal and entrecôte from the cutting station, as well as spiced salmon from the oven. Let yourself be tempted by the sweet delicacies from the dessert buffet to round off the meal. As a surprise, we will give mom a small gift.

Notes: For organizational reasons, no seating requests can be considered in advance (windows or similar). The buffet is located in the Rittersaal, therefore dogs are not allowed for hygienic reasons.
