Medieval brunch
Escape from the daily rush and get into the medieval spirit with a culinary feast in the Knights' Hall. Round off the experience with a visit to the Christmas market afterwards.

We welcome you with a glass of prosecco. Enjoy our brunch buffet in the magnificent Knights' Hall with breakfast classics, hash browns, as well as fried eggs and scrambled eggs à la minute, cold, warm delicacies and fresh salad creations. Choose from coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water à discrétion.
Experience the finest delicacies, just as in days gone by: beef shank with a honey and mustard crust, creamy polenta, braised cabbage and carrots, oven-roasted vegetables with a hearty bread and nut stuffing, baked flatbreads and bread on a stick.
At the dessert buffet, we will delight you with sweet treats such as semolina and nut cream with raisins, almond and marzipan macaroons, and a honey-spiced cake.

The buffet is located in the Rittersaal, therefore dogs are not permitted for hygienic reasons.
