We welcome you with a glass of prosecco. Enjoy our brunch buffet in the magnificent Knights' Hall with breakfast classics, hash browns, as well as fried eggs and scrambled eggs à la minute, cold, warm delicacies and fresh salad creations. Choose from coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water à discrétion.
Indulge in gourmet delicacies such as roast veal with cranberry and pepper sauce, Pizokel with winter vegetables, chestnut and lentil roast with a creamy thyme sauce, salmon baked with oranges and spices, and mussels.
And, to round off your feast, indulge in the sweet festive delights from our dessert buffet: gingerbread chocolate mousse, panettoncini, nut stollen, baked apple and Christmas biscuits.
