Celebrate Switzerland - delicious fun for the whole family.
We welcome you with a glass of Prosecco. Enjoy our brunch buffet in the magnificent Knights' Hall with breakfast classics, as well as fried and scrambled eggs à la minute, cold and warm delicacies and fresh salad creations. Fresh summer salads, small canapés and mini steak tartare rolls, as well as Swiss-style French toast with cinnamon and sugar. Choose between coffee, tea, fruit juices and mineral water à discrétion.
Enjoy exquisite delicacies such as whitefish fillet prepared in the Zug style, Zurich-style sliced veal with rösti vol-au-vents, saffron risotto served from a Parmesan wheel with fresh strawberries and balsamic vinegar, as well as an Uri vegetable tart.
For the crowning finale, indulge in the sweet temptations of the dessert buffet: metre-long mille-feuille, oversized Appenzeller Biber (gingerbread), Aargau carrot cake cubes, and Zug cherry cake cubes.
