Tickets for the boat rides cannot be purchased in the visitor centre. You can purchase them directly from one of the boat operators at the Schloss Laufen and Schlössli Wörth docking stations.

At the visitor center, besides ticketing you will also find everything you need for your stay at and around the Rhine Falls: souvenirs for every taste and a self-service restaurant with a terrace and children’s playground.
